Before submitting

Please make sure you have permission from both the photographer and the couple to submit this wedding to HEIR.

By submitting, you confirm that all necessary permissions have been obtained and that both parties are aware of the submission. HEIR does not contact the couple or photographer separately to obtain permission.

Submission advice

I. Real weddings only
We currently accept real weddings only and are not accepting styled shoots at this time.

II. Curate your gallery
Please submit a considered selection of your strongest images that shape the complete story. We recommend approximately 70–150 images that give us a sense of the whole celebration. We love to see a natural mix of atmospheric moments, thoughtful details and the people behind the day, with the work of all collaborating vendors represented where possible.

III. Use an online viewing gallery
Submit a public viewing gallery through Pic-Time, Pixieset or a similar platform. We do not accept WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or other download links for the initial review.

IV. Keep your gallery accessible
Where possible, please ensure your gallery can be viewed without a password, email registration or an access request.

V. No watermarks
Submit images without watermarks, logos or other overlays.

VI. Web-sized images preferred
If your wedding is selected for publication, please ensure that web-sized images are available to download from your gallery.
